So that's the situation. My friend over here has some sort of complex, I don't even know- I'm almost positive she didn't calm down when the hurricane was in full effect, so now she's sick but not listening to Doctor Rung's orders of "knock that shit off". How the hell is the nerd of our group of friends just as stupid as the actual stupid guys?

Anyone have any advice for how to make her lay down already that doesn't involve me roundhouse kicking her in the head and into unconsciousness? Alternatively- if anyone is in Olivine, I swear I will literally pay you to come over here and help me confiscate her Pokemon, force her into bed, and tie her down.

Seriously, this is getting ridiculous.

No, a roundhouse kick works wonders, if they're being idiotically stubborn.

Why won't she take care of herself? I've never been ill, but simple logic would lend the conclusion that rest and medicine for a short time outweighs illness for a length of time.

Is illness common, here?

I haven't been here that long, but I figure it's probably just as common as anything else, right? Like with the minor stuff. I mean, your body has to be able to tell you when you've messed up and that's basically what's happening when you're sick.

If no one else comes up with a better idea, it's what I'm doing. I just have to make sure her Pokemon don't get in the way, especially her freakin' fox.

Sometimes they are, but other times you've just overworked your body. That's why Maka has a cold- she was out in the rain and running around everywhere without really resting as much as she was supposed to. So boom, cold.

I don't think there are too many viruses here... But then again, who knows what's up with Pokemon, right?

That will be fun, you either give her a good kick of common sense or you get flames to the face.

If you want another option get her pokemon to tie her to the bed. That cuts out the extra hassle.

Maka has one, and it's fulled me before by pretending to be her.

Ahh you'll have to trip them up. Zoroark are good at pretending to be other people. So ask her about something and see how the response goes.

That would be perfect, while they can copy mannerism as well as appearances they can't copy memories.

Either you raise a Munchlax for a few weeks to prepare for the next cold she gets, or you try to bait one with enough food to sustain a small village.

Well, everyone has their limits. Maka is usually pretty healthy, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time she's gotten sick in a while.

Duct tape would still work, then. As long as she doesn't get a Pokémon to chew through it, but you could hide her pokéballs to stop that.

...If it's that much of a hassle just knock her out the next time you find out she's sick.
