I mean, there's a bunch of us stuck here, right? We could have, I dunno, legit movie stars here or something.

But if you just did, like, nine to five at a grocery store, that's cool too. No judgment.

Whoa, seriously? Nice. But being a king always sounded like a bunch of work to me. I mean, more than usual. Was it hard?

Ah, it's not all that bad... So long as you can manage overseeing the taxes and laws and finances and army and....

Well, for some things, certainly, but it would be rather frivolous to hire somebody to do tasks that I can or ought to be handling myself, wouldn't it? For the most part, the money in the treasury ultimately comes from various taxes, after all, so it's not something to be spent wastefully if there's better uses it can be put to, such as allowing for a reduction in taxes for a region experiencing flooding, or so on.

Right, that's true... I forgot that your paycheck sort of comes directly from everybody from taxes and stuff.

It just keeps sounding harder and harder..
