Well, it certainly doesn't have any witches. It's kind of difficult to describe... But the technology isn't as high as it is, here. There are people, benders, who have abilities kind of similar to some of the Pokémon here. Four elements, water, earth, fire, and air. Most benders can only bend one, and it's based on their ethnicity.
